2010 STOCK 4 CYLINDER FRONT WHEEL DRIVE

This is an entry level division that is designed to be affordable and fun racing.

At any time the track may alter the rules to enhance competitiveness.

All cars must be 4 cylinder front wheel drive. All cars must remain completely stock bumper to bumper.

NO CARS NEWER THAN A 2008

ROLLCAGE
1. All cars must have a four point rollcage with three(3) door bars on left side and two(2) door bars on right side.
2. All bars must be welded 360 degrees and gusseted. Bars must be securely fastened.
3. Front bars must follow the contour of windshield.
4. All tubing must be a minimum of 1 3/4" x .095.
5. Driver must have 2" of clearance above helmeted head.
2. BODY
1. Windshield must be removed and replaced with a full screen with two(2) 2" x 1/8" straps in center
2. All glass and plastic must be removed.
3. All doors and trunks must be bolted or welded shut.
.         1. Front hood pins are recommended.

D. Numbering must be legible, highly visible and contrasting to car.

        1. Numbers must be 18" high
        2. Any letters must be 9" high
        3. No trick lettering.

E. Numbers must be easy to read.

        4. Body must remain stock.

    1. No altering or spoilers.

INTERIOR
1. All interior must be removed except for the dash which may or may not be removed(optional).
2. Bars within drivers reach must be padded.
3. No metal panels may be removed.
4. All holes in firewall must be covered with metal.
5. No boxing in of interior.

4. ENGINE

A. 4 Cylinder Non-Turbo.
B. Must use stock exhaust manifold.
C. Batteries must remain in stock location.
D. Engine and all components must remain stock.

SUSPENSION

A. No altering of any suspension components.
B. All parts must remain stock.
C. All parts and components must be in good condition.

6. BRAKES

A. All four(4) wheels must have properly operating brakes.
B. No three(3) wheel setups or modifications.

WHEELS & TIRES

A. 13 or 14" wheels only.

B. Stock steel wheels only.

C. Right front wheel may be reinforced.

1. Stock dimensions may not be changed.

Tires may be 65, 70 or 75 series only and must be DOT approved.
No winter or rough tread tires.
No grooving or altering of tires.
All four(4) tires must be the same size.

8. SAFETY

A. Must have an aluminum racing seat with head rest.
1. Must have a 5 point quick release racing harness (2004 or newer). Harness must be securely attached.
2. Approved firesuit is mandatory. Fireproof hood, socks, shoes and gloves are recommended.
3. Full face helmet with lexan shield snell 95 or newer is mandatory.
4. Window net with latches accessible from outside car is mandatory.
5. Must have an operational fire extinguisher (with gauge) within drivers reach is mandatory..
6. Must have a collapsible steering shaft (from factory).
7. Removable steering wheel is mandatory.
8. Recommended that drivers door bars be plated with 1/8" aluminum or steel.
9. Fuel cells are recommended but if not used fuel tank must have a skid plate.
10. Any car may be refused the opportunity to race if safety equipment is deemed unsafe.

9. CAR CLAIM

A. Any car may be claimed for $800.00.

B. Car may be claimed by the speedway at any time.

C. Claim must be made no longer than 10 minutes after the feature race.

D. Car owner will have the opportunity to remove all safety equipment before car is claimed.

6. Cage - If cage if removed, Claim price will be $500.00

E. Claimer (driver making claim) must finish on lead lap.

F. Claim must be paid in cash to a TVR official at time of claim.

G. A competitor ( 4 CYL drivers) may only make one (1) claim per season.

H. For a car to be claimed it must finish in 1^st position and pass tech inspection.

I. Any claim will carry a $50 fee that must be paid in cash to a TVR official at the time of claim.

J. If competitor refuses claim, claimed car will be disqualified for that night and will not be permitted to race the following race. TVR will keep the $50 claim fee.

K. For a car to be eligible to be claimed it must win two (2) consecutive races.

L. If a claim has been made, either accepted or refused, another claim may not be made for two
(2) consecutive races on the same car.

M. There will be a $100 claim on any ignition box with chip included.

1. Speedway has the right to claim ignition at any time.

The race director shall be empowered to permit reasonable and appropriate deviations from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in his opinion do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS. Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Their decision is final.
